Nerdy Authors Diary – Tag 1 (Neue Erfahrungen)
Seit einigen Tagen bin ich damit beschäftigt, mich mit einer KI auszutauschen. Ich gebe Befehle und sie macht dann, was ich will … oder auch nicht.
Ich bin wirklich sehr intensiv dabei, auch wenn es Nerven kostet, sich in die Denkweise dieses synthetischen Geistes einzufühlen.
Warum mache ich das?
Schon seit einiger Zeit bin ich dabei, brauchbare Illustrationen für NOMADS zu erstellen. Ich bin schließlich Illustrator und sollte das können. Doch natürlich erfordert es Disziplin und ein hohes Maß an Zeit, Bilder zu erstellen. Man schüttelt da nur selten was aus dem Ärmel. Will ich die Fäden, was den Fortgang der NOMADS Geschichten angeht, in den Händen behalten, kann ich mich nicht auch noch auf das illustrieren konzentrieren. Daher stellt Midjourney – so heisst die KI – eine super Möglichkeit dar, meinen Kosmos um viele Bilder zu erweitern, ohne mich zu verlieren.
Anbei einige Resultate, dieses neuen Schaffens.
Nerdy Authors Diary – Day 1
Since a few days I am busy to communicate with an AI. I give commands and it then does what I want … or not.
I am really intense about it, even if it takes nerves to get into the mindset of this synthetic mind.
Why do I do this?
For some time now, I’ve been in the process of creating usable illustrations for NOMADS. After all, I’m an illustrator and should be able to do this. But of course it requires discipline and a lot of time to create images. It’s rare to shake something out of one’s sleeve. If I want to keep the threads in my hands regarding the progress of the NOMADS stories, I can’t concentrate on illustrating as well. Therefore Midjourney – that’s the name of the AI – is a great way to expand my cosmos by many pictures without losing myself.
